This summary sets out the rules that matter most in your first weeks with us. It is a guide only. The general terms and the bonus terms you accept when registering, together with the wording of each offer, take precedence wherever they differ.
Who may play
Accounts are open to adults of 18 and over, one per person. The name, address and other details you give must match your documents. We do not accept residents of the USA, Malta, Georgia, Poland, Belarus or Russia. Duplicate accounts are closed, and bonuses on them are removed.
How our bonuses behave
A qualifying deposit is at least £20. Only one bonus can be active at once. A welcome stage left unclaimed expires after 3 days, and a claimed bonus must be wagered within 7. Welcome stages carry 40x, and several reloads carry 45x. Eligible slots count in full towards wagering, while table, poker, video poker and live games count 5%. Jackpot slots and the listed excluded slots count for nothing. While wagering, each bet is limited to £5. Bonuses are non-sticky, so your cash is used before bonus money. Payouts from a bonus stop at ten times its value unless the offer states a different figure. You may cancel a deposit bonus before wagering begins, and its free spins are removed with it. Reloads open only after the three welcome deposits.
Taking money out
Identity checks come before the first payout. The standard ceiling is £3,000 a week and £15,000 a month, rising with lifetime deposits, and progressive jackpot wins are paid whole. Cashing out after staking under 3x your latest deposit may incur processing costs. All deposits and withdrawals must use methods in your own name.
