Funding must come from a payment method held in your own name. Identity, address and payment evidence are needed before an initial withdrawal, with additional checks possible.
Promotional funds
The welcome package has three deposit stages, a £20 qualifying minimum and 40x wagering. Bonus balances are non-sticky: cash is spent first. Only one offer can be active, and the maximum wagering stake is £5.
Eligible slots contribute fully. Table games, live games, poker and video poker contribute 5%, while excluded slots and jackpot games contribute nothing. A bonus remains available for 7 days; an unused welcome stage expires after 3. A deposit bonus can be cancelled before wagering, removing its accompanying spins too.
Withdrawal boundaries
Ordinary withdrawal limits are £3,000 per week and £15,000 per month. Lifetime deposits above £2,500, £50,000 and £100,000 raise those limits under the published bands. Progressive jackpot payouts are exempt from those normal ceilings.
Unless the specific offer says otherwise, bonus withdrawals cannot exceed ten times the awarded bonus. Requests made with less than 3x the most recent deposit staked may carry processing costs.
